The Sales Academy is an internal university dedicated to enhancing the skills of sales professionals at Elior Service. This tailored program is structured into three levels—novice, median, and expert—delivered through both internal and external stakeholders.
The Academy needed a strong and cohesive brand identity to communicate its educational objectives effectively. The challenge was to create a design that resonates with all sales levels while being visually appealing and professional.
The comprehensive branding and design strategy focused on creating a professional yet inviting identity for the Sales Academy. By developing a cohesive logo, detailed brand guidelines, and visually appealing print and digital materials, I aimed to enhance the learning experience and foster engagement among sales professionals at all levels.
